Hi, I’m Evgenii Sukhanov, a Staff iOS Engineer at Bolt. I’ve spent nine years in iOS — and a lot of that on the interviewer side of the table: 50+ interviews at Tutu.ru, a junior academy I ran there, and now Bolt’s interview team.

Live coding is where strong engineers lose the round most often — not because they can’t write Swift, but because they don’t show how they think. In a session we work a realistic iOS problem under interview pressure. I’ll push on structure, tests, and how you talk through the solution, then leave you with a short list of what to practice next.
